Our children do not come with an instruction manual. I realized quickly after I came home with my oldest son. And then I brought my daughter, into the same home. I instantly became a mother of two and my son became a brother. I decided I wanted to gather information and learn how to be a good mom and hopefully make their lives better together...then I had three more 😄

Here are two courses that I put together from the classes I attended and taught as well as my own experiences and those positive people I surrounded mySELF with.

Family Education Course on UDEMY - This course shares skills and concepts from many different parenting classes I have taken and taught over the years. I have picked the best practices and combined them into this course and added a few personal and practical tips from my own personal experience of raising my five children and through teaching children in the public school setting as well as volunteering for more than 30 years. This course focuses on the memories you make everyday.

Family Divorce Course on UDEMY - This course is designed for parents with children as they transition to new beginnings, new traditions and understanding the new life they will have without their chosen marriage partner. I was trained by Practical Parent Education out of Plano, Texas in a program called For Kids' Sake. This program guided parents through steps and skills going through the painful experience of a divorce. I have included materials from other parenting classes with the emphasis on assisting our children into a positive adulthood. OH, The Memories They Will Have! is a book series by CJ Coppedge (my pseudonym to honor my dad). Memories are what we have. Memories are what we make.
